Filleted Catfish with Almonds
Filleted Catfish With Almonds is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large farm raised catfish fillets, 1 c. flour, 2 c. milk, 1 pkg. slivered almonds and 2 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Soak catfish fillets in milk for 10 minutes.
Salt and pepper. Dip in flour.
Back in milk and then back in flour a second time. Heat margarine in an iron skillet.
Put fillets in margarine and brown quickly on each side.
Turn heat to low and add almonds along side of fish until lightly browned.
Put almonds on top of fish and cook about 10 minutes.
