Filled Tartlets
Filled Tartlets is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, 3 beaten eggs, 1/2 c. grated swiss cheese, dash of nutmeg and salt and freshly ground white pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Scald milk.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Stir in eggs, cheese and seasoning.
Divide mixture between two bowls.
Add bacon to one mixture, crabmeat to the other.
Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Arrange tartlet shells on greased baking sheet.
Fill 14 shells with bacon mixture and 14 with crabmeat mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Serve warm.
Makes 28 appetizers.
