Fig Muffins
Fig Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, softened, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 egg, 1/2 c. light corn syrup and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg and corn syrup and mix well.
Blend in water, flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger and soda.
Add figs, mixing gently; stir in bread crumbs.
Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Yields 12 muffins.
