Fiesta Taco Bake
Fiesta Taco Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. (8 oz.) uncooked radiatore pasta, 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. (1 medium) chopped onion, 1 c. frozen whole kernel corn and 1/2 c. mild taco sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 350Β°. Cook radiatore according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, cook ground beef and onion, stirring occasionally, until browned, 5 to 7 minutes; drain off fat.
Stir in corn, taco sauce, tomato sauce, chilies, cumin and salt.
Stir in radiatore.
Spoon into greased 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle cheeses over mixture in alternating rows to form 3 Cheddar and 2 Mozzarella strips.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
Garnish with tomato wedges and avocado slices.
