Fiesta Salad Bowl
Fiesta Salad Bowl is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. tomato wedges, 1/2 c. green pepper strips, 1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, 2 tbsp. green onion slices and 8 oz. bottle catalina dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine tomato, pepper, olives, onions and Catalina dressing. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Drain, reserving marinade.
Place greens, cucumbers, marinated vegetables and corn chips in salad bowl.
Toss. Serve with reserved marinade.
