Fiery Turkey Thighs
Fiery Turkey Thighs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 boned turkey thighs, 1 onion, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Rinse turkey thighs.
Pat dry.
Peel and chop onion.
In a skillet, heat margarine.
Add turkey thighs and saute until browned on all sides (about 15 minutes).
Add onion and saute a few more minutes.
Sprinkle with salt, paprika and flour.
Stir to combine.
Cover.
Cook over medium-low heat about 25 minutes, turning thighs from time to time.
Cut thighs into halves.
Add sour cream and chili peppers.
Blend well and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped chives.
Good served with rice or noodles.
