Festive Sweet Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. milk, 1/3 c. margarine, melted and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine first 6 ingredients, mixing well.
Spoon into lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients except marshmallows.
Sprinkle over top of potato mixture.
Bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle marshmallows over.
Return to oven until marshmallows are brown and melted.
