Combine 3 cups sugar, 3/4 cup margarine and 2/3 cup evaporated milk in heavy 3-quart saucepan.
Bring to full roaring boil. Continue boiling over medium heat 5 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 234Β°, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted.
Add 1 jar marshmallow cream.
Beat until well blended. Pour into greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
Repeat with remaining ingredients, substituting peanut butter for chocolate.
Spread over chocolate.
Cool at room temperature.
Cut into squares.
