Festive Potatoes
Festive Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 medium potatoes, 1 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 oz. carton sour cream, 1 tsp. garlic salt and 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Pare and cook potatoes in water until tender (30 to 40 minutes).
Drain, mash and beat in cream cheese, sour cream and garlic salt until light and fluffy.
Spoon into a buttered 2-quart casserole.
Dot with butter, sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
May be made ahead and refrigerated. Allow an extra half hour baking time.
