Festive Marshmallow Salad
Festive Marshmallow Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. sour cream, 16 oz. smooth curd or small curd cottage cheese, 1 can fruit cocktail, drained, 1 can mandarin oranges, drained and 1 jar red maraschino cherries (save juice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix the sour cream and cottage cheese.
Mix in fruit cocktail and mandarin oranges.
Mix in the package of marshmallows.
Take the maraschino cherries, cut them in half and mix throughout. Finally, take the maraschino cherry juice and add about 1/2 to the salad.
This will give it a nice, pink look.
Chill several hours.
