Festive Jello Salad
Festive Jello Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature), 3/4 c. celery, chopped, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 3/4 c. nuts, chopped and 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine cream cheese, celery, mayonnaise and nuts.
Let stand at room temperature.
Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Add applesauce and cinnamon.
Pour half of mixture in pan and let congeal.
Spread a layer of creamed mixture over congealed layer. Top with remaining gelatin mixture.
Let congeal.
Cut into squares.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
Serves 8.
