Festive Cranberry Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/3 c. water, 2 c. fresh cranberries, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin and 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In saucepan, combine water, cranberries and sugar; bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until all berries pop. Add gelatin; stir until dissolved.
Stir in undrained pineapple and grapes.
Pour into 5-cup ring mold.
Chill until firm. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
