Faye's Moon Cake
Faye'S Moon Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1 c. flour, 8 oz. softened cream cheese, whipped cream or cool whip and 1/2 c. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix water and butter.
Bring to boil.
Add flour all at once and stir rapidly until mixture forms a ball.
Remove from heat and cool a little.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well with a spoon or mixer.
Spread on large ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400Β° for 30 minutes.
