Favorite Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 cans potatoes (15 to 16 oz.), drained and sliced, 1 1/4 c. mayonnaise, 2 c. grated cheese, 1 c. milk and 8 slices bacon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Fry bacon and cut up.
Mix mayonnaise, cheese, milk, olives and bacon.
Layer potatoes, then cheese mixture in 2-quart casserole (use 1-quart casserole for 1/2 recipe).
Bake at 250Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Whole recipe serves 6 to 8.
