Place flour, sugar and salt in mixing bowl; set aside.
Bring oleo, oil, water and cocoa to a boil; add to flour mixture and beat well.
Add beaten eggs, soda, buttermilk and vanilla.
Mix well.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 25 minutes at 350Β°.
Frost with Fudge Icing.
