Preheat oven to 400°.
Blend cheese, salt and sugar.
Beat eggs, one at a time.
Add milk and vanilla to mixture.
Spread cheese mixture in pie shell and bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
Then bake 50 minutes at 325°.
Remove from oven and cover with cherry pie filling.
