Fast Whole Wheat Bread
Fast Whole Wheat Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 13 oz. lukewarm water, 1 tbsp. yeast, 1 tsp. raw honey and 4 1/2 to 5 c. whole wheat flour or 1/2 wheat and 1/2 white, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix honey in lukewarm water.
Sprinkle yeast on top and let sit until frothy, about 5 minutes.
Mix flour and salt.
Pour yeast mixture in middle of flour.
Mix thoroughly.
Put in oiled bread pan.
Let rise about 20 minutes or just a little over the top of the pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes, then enjoy.
