Fast Chocolate Pecan Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 3/4 c. hershey cocoa, 4 c. confectioners sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 c. evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt butter.
Add cocoa; stir until smooth.
Stir in sugar and vanilla (mixture will be dry).
Stir in evaporated milk. Microwave 30 to 60 seconds or until mixture is hot.
Stir until smooth.
Add pecans.
Pour into 8-inch pan.
Cover.
Chill until firm in refrigerator.
