Farris Five Hour Stew
Farris Five Hour Stew is an easy dinner. Made with 1 or 2 lb. beef, cut in small cubes, 4 medium potatoes, cut up, 8 medium carrots, cut up, 3 stalks celery, cut up and 1 onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put all ingredients in small roasting pan.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons tapioca over.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar over.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour one can tomato soup over; add one can water.
Cover; put in oven and cook for 5 hours at 250° to 300°. May be uncovered the last 1/2 hour.
