Farmhouse Barbecue Muffin Cups
Farmhouse Barbecue Muffin Cups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (10), 1 lb. ground beef, lightly seasoned with salt and pepper, 1/2 c. catsup, 3 tbsp. brown sugar and 1 tbsp. cider vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Separate dough into 10 biscuits; flatten into 5-inch circles and press into bottom and sides of greased muffin cups.
Set aside.
In skillet, brown ground beef; drain.
In small bowl, mix catsup, brown sugar, vinegar and chili powder; stir until smooth. Add to meat and mix well.
Divide between biscuit lined cups, about 1/4 cup each.
Bake at 375Β° for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden.
Cool 5 minutes before removing from tins.
Makes 10 servings.
