Farfel Soufflé
Farfel Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. matzoh farfel, 2 large apples, peeled, cored and sliced, 1 c. raisins, 3 eggs, beaten and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In large bowl, mix beaten eggs, sugar, butter and salt.
Hold aside apples and raisins. Place farfel in strainer and run cold water over it.
Fold farfel mixture into egg mixture.
Place one layer of farfel mixture in pan that has been greased (rectangular pan is best), then one layer of apples and raisins.

Dot with butter, bake at 350° for 1/2 to 3/4 hours.
