Farango Mints
Farango Mints is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or oleo, 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 2 eggs, 2 c. chocolate chips and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cream butter and sugar together, then add eggs and beat well. Add melted chips and vanilla until mixture is smooth.
Add extract and mix well.
Put in a 9 x 8-inch pan that has been lined with waxed paper.
Chill.
Store in refrigerator or freezer (or you can cut in small squares and wrap each separately in Saran Wrap).
