Fantasy Fudge(Microwave)
Fantasy Fudge(Microwave) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. margarine, 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk, 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet pieces or peanut butter and 3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Microwave margarine
4-quart
High for 1 minute or until melted.
Well. Microwave on High for 5 minutes until mixture begins to boil, stir after
3 minutes;
Scrape bowl and microwave 5 1/2 more minutes.
Stir after 3 minutes.
Stir in chocolate or peanut butter pieces until melted.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cool at room temperature. Cut into squares.
Makes 3 pounds.
