Fantasy Fudge(Microwave)
Fantasy Fudge(Microwave) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) margarine, 3 c. sugar (white), 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips and 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow fluff, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Microwave margarine in microwave dish on High for 1 minute, or until melted.
Add sugar and milk; mix well.
Microwave mixture on High for 5 minutes, or until mixture begins to boil.
Stir after 3 minutes; mix well.
Continue to microwave 5 1/2 minutes more, again stirring at 3 minutes.
Add chips, stirring until melted. Add Fluff, nuts and vanilla; mix well.
Pour into greased 9-inch square pan or 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Cool at room temperature; cut into squares.
