Fantasy Fudge
Fantasy Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. margarine, 2/3 c. carnation evaporated milk, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. nestle toll house semi-sweet chocolate morsels and 1 (7 oz.) jar kraft marshmallow crème, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine sugar, margarine and Carnation evaporated milk in heavy 2 1/2 to 3-quart saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Continue boiling for 5 minutes over medium heat, or until candy thermometer reaches 234°, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate chips until well melted.
Add Kraft Marshmallow Crème, nuts and vanilla; beat until well blended.
Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cool and cut.
Makes 3 pounds.
