Fantasy Fudge
Fantasy Fudge is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 18 minutes. Made with c. sugar, c. margarine, c. undiluted carnation evaporated milk, (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate pieces and (7 oz.) jar kraft marshmallow crème, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine the sugar, margarine and milk in heavy 2 1/2-quart saucepan.
Bring to a full, rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
Remove from heat; stir in chocolate pieces until melted.
Add Marshmallow Crème, nuts and vanilla; beat until well blended.
Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cool at room temperature.
Cut into squares.
Makes approximately 3 pounds.
