Fantasy Flower Cookie
Fantasy Flower Cookie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. powdered sugar, divided, 1 1/3 c. margarine or butter (softened), divided, 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla, divided, 1/2 tsp. almond extract and 2 1/2 c. all-purpose or whole wheat flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. What to do
Mix 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, 1 cup margarine or butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla and almond extract.
Mix in flour, baking soda and cream of tartar.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Heat oven to 375Β°.
Divide dough into halves.
Roll each half 3/16-inch thick on a lightly floured cloth-covered board. Cut into circles.
Place on lightly greased sheet and bake until edges are light brown, 7 or 8 minutes.
