Fantastic Salad
Fantastic Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese, 1 large pkg. orange jello, 1 can mandarin oranges, drained (reserve juice), 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice) and 1 small bowl cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat reserved juices to dissolve jello.
When cool, mix in cottage cheese.
Add orange sections, crushed pineapple and Cool Whip; mix well.
