Preheat oven to 300Β°.
Sift together sugar, flour and cocoa. In bowl, beat eggs; add flour mixture, butter, flavoring and pecans.
Pour in large baking dish.
Put in another pan with hot water.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
Do not overbake.
They will firm up as they cool.
Will be like candy with crust.
Makes 36.
