Mix first 3 ingredients and spread in greased pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.

Mix next 2 ingredients and spread over second layer.
Spread the last of the Cool Whip over the pudding.
Chill overnight.
You can add chopped nuts and a cherry on the top of the Cool Whip.
