Fanny Mae Chocolate Fudge
Fanny Mae Chocolate Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 stick butter, 3 2/3 c. white sugar, 1 1/8 c. light brown sugar, 1 (13 oz.) bag hershey's milk chocolate chips and 2 oz. unsweetened german chocolate, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt butter in pan.
Add sugars and milk; stir until sugar melts (medium heat).
Cover; boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in marshmallows until melted.
Add chocolates, one at a time.
Stir each until melted.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Pour into a very large, flat jelly roll pan (11 x 15-inch).
Cool in fridge for 30 minutes.
Makes about 10 pounds.
