Fanny Farmer Fudge
Fanny Farmer Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. sugar, 14 oz. can carnation milk, 1/2 lb. butter, 3 tbsp. vanilla and 18 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix sugar and milk in a large saucepan and bring mixture to boil; cook 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
Use a wooden spoon to stir.
Remove from heat and add butter, vanilla and chocolate chips.
Stir until thick and let cool, about 15 minutes.
Add walnuts and pecans, if desired.
Pour into buttered 10 x 14-inch pan.
