Fannie May Fudge
Fannie May Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 1 c. milk, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. butter and 30 large marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix the sugar, milk, vanilla and butter in a large saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil for 2 minutes. Turn off heat.
Add the marshmallows, chocolate chips and chocolate bars.
Stir until melted. Add the nuts.
Pour into buttered jelly roll pan.
(Fudge is creamier when kept at room temperature.)
