Fancy Franks
Fancy Franks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hot dogs, 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can french fried onions, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed, 2 tbsp. melted butter and 3/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Slice each hot dog in half lengthwise. In a small bowl, crumble onions with your fingers.
Reserve 2 tablespoons for topping.
Combine potatoes, butter, onions, salt and pepper in a 9 x 13-inch dish and blend well.
Combine soup and milk in a small bowl.
Pour 3/4 of the soup mixture over the potato mixture and blend.
Arrange hot dogs, cut side down, on top of potatoes.
Sprinkle reserved 2 tablespoons onions on top and pour remaining soup mixture over onions.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
