Fancy Cheese Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, beaten, 4 c. bread crumbs, 1 jar spaghetti sauce, 2 tbsp. parsley flakes and 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine eggs, bread crumbs, seasonings and 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce.
Mix in ground beef.
On wax paper, pat the meat out into a 9 x 13-inch rectangle.
Sprinkle cheese over meat, leaving a small margin around the edges.
Using wax paper as guide, roll up meat, sealing in cheese completely, and remove wax paper.
