Fancy Carrots is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. baby carrots or carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces, 3/4 c. scallions or green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 2 tbsp. honey and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In medium saucepan, cook carrots in boiling water until tender (7 to 9 minutes).
Add scallions; cook 2 minutes.
Drain well. Stir in margarine, honey and salt; heat thoroughly.
Makes 8 (1/2 cup) servings.
