Cream margarine, sugars, vanilla, water and eggs.
In small bowl, mix flour, soda and salt.
Add to egg mixture.
Add chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoons onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 minutes.
