Family Special
Family Special is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 1 (7 1/4 oz.) box macaroni and cheese, 1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar, 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans and 1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In large pot, brown hamburger.
Open macaroni and cheese box, reserve cheese package until later.
Add 2 cups water, spinach and macaroni (only, not cheese) to hamburger and bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes.
Add cheese package, Cheddar, partially drained kidney beans and garlic salt to taste.
Stir well.
Let "sit" 10 minutes before serving.
Serves 4.
May be doubled.
