Bake cake as directed on package.
Use a 9 x 13-inch pan. While still warm, poke holes in the cake using toothpicks.
Pour pineapple and juice over cake.
Mix pudding, cream cheese and milk (will be thick).
Spread over pineapple.
Top with Cool Whip. Cover and chill before serving.
