Family Goulash
Family Goulash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. noodles, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 c. sliced celery and 1/2 c. catsup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook noodles.
While noodles cook, brown ground beef and onion together in skillet.
Drain off fat.
Stir in drained noodles, celery, catsup, mushrooms (with liquid), tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Cover.
Simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
