Family Carrot Cake
Family Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. plain flour, 2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 1/4 c. crushed pineapple with juice and 1 1/2 c. salad oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine dry ingredients.
Make a well in center of dry ingredients.
Add eggs, oil and vanilla.
Stir in pineapple, carrots and nuts.
Turn into tube pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours or bake in 3 round pans for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and starting to separate from pan.
