Fajitas
Fajitas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large orange, 2 lemons, 1/4 c. water, 1 clove garlic, minced and 3 dried whole chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Grate 1 tablespoon orange peel and 2 teaspoons lemon peel.
Set aside.
Squeeze orange to get 1/4 cup juice and lemons to get 1/4 cup juice.
In shallow pan, place orange and lemon peel, orange and lemon juice, pineapple juice, wine, water, soy sauce, garlic, black pepper, chilies and butter.
Stir well.
Place skirt steaks in marinade; turn to coat.
Cover with plastic wrap and let stand at room temperature for 2 hours (no longer).
Grill steaks 3 inches above coals for 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
Cut crosswise in finger length strips.
Serve with hot flour tortillas.
