Fairy Dusted Spinach Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. english muffins, 2 tbsp. italian dressing, 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese, 2 qt. torn spinach and 1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Toss muffin cubes with dressing and cheese.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400Β° for 8 to 10 minutes or until browned.
Stir occasionally.
Combine spinach, onion, mushrooms and bacon.
Add dressing, cheese and croutons.
Toss lightly. Serves 6 to 8.
