Fabulous Fudge
Fabulous Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. margarine or butter, 2/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk, 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Grease an 8-inch square pan.
In medium saucepan, combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar and salt.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Boil 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Then remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla, morsels, marshmallows and nuts.
Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows are completely melted.
Pour into pan.
Let it cool, then cut it into squares.
