Fabulous Fudge
Fabulous Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. sugar, 3/4 c. evaporated milk, 16 large marshmallows or 1 c. marshmallow crème, 1/4 c. butter or margarine and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix in a heavy 2-quart saucepan the sugar, milk, marshmallows or Crème, butter and salt.
Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat to a boil (mixture will be bubbling all over top).
Boil and stir 5 minutes more.
Take off heat.
Stir in until completely melted the chocolate chips.
Stir in pecans and vanilla.
Spread in a buttered 8-inch square pan; cool before cutting.
