Fabulous Fruitcake
Fabulous Fruitcake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 2 2/3 c. mincemeat and 1 c. eagle brand milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan. Sift flour and baking soda.
Set aside.
Mix eggs, mincemeat, milk, fruit and nuts.
