Fabulous Cherry Coke Salad
Fabulous Cherry Coke Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large box of cherry jell-o, 1 12 oz. can cherry coke, 1 13-15 oz. can crushed pineapple, 1 c. chopped pecans and 1 8 oz. block cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain fruit juices in pot.
Add Cherry Coke, bring to boil. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling liquid.
Mix well.
Set aside to cool. Cut cream cheese into small pieces.
Pour Jell-O mixture into a casserole dish or large mold.
Add nuts, fruit, and cream cheese pieces.
Place in refrigerator until set.
