Eye-Scream Float
Eye-Scream Float is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 50 minutes. Made with c. root beer soda, chilled, pt. vanilla ice cream, to 4 pieces chocolate coated candies, gummy worms and red shoestring licorice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
To make eyeballs, dip melon baller or coffee scoop into warm water and scoop out 3 to 4 eyeball sized balls from the ice cream. Place a chocolate coated candy into the center of each ball as a pupil.
Freeze to make a float.
Fill serving glasses with root beer to 2-inches from top, stirring as small scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Drop in gummy worms and licorice as veins.
Add eyeball. Serves 2.
