Exotic Spinach
Exotic Spinach is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, 1/2 pt. carton sour cream, 1 oz. pkg. dry onion soup, 2 tbsp. sherry and breadcrumbs (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook spinach according to directions on package and drain well.
Add sour cream, onion soup and wine.
Place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs over top if desired. Bake at 325Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
(May be reheated, covered with foil.)
