Call home first.

If your wife, daughter, neighbor or anyone else answers the phone, try talking them into cooking a real supper for you.

If no answer, try leaving a message as a last resort.

If the phone rings 12 times, assume no one is home and drive to the commissary.

Once inside, see if any company is passing out free cooked food samples.

If not, proceed to the frozen food section and select your microwave meal for the evening.

Do your best to pick a "healthy" meal by checking the back of the box (good luck). Pay.
